Barre sculpt is a hybrid style fitness class that combines ballet inspired moves with yoga, pilates and strength training. It is a full body, low impact workout that focuses on high reps of small range movements to achieve complete muscle burnout from head to toe. Classes include a warm up, weights, mat and barre work with a gentle cool down. All fitness levels are welcome.
